We want to promote a team environment, where students learn to trust one another, ask for help, give help, better their social and problem solving skills; and learn how to cope with failure.
Sports has numerous valuable benefits. Exercise is scientifically proven to improve aspects of the mind and body.
Physical - Exercising when young is good for strengthening bones, lowering cholesterol, decreasing risk of diabetes, stroke and high blood pressure.
Mental - The brain releases endorphins during exercise, such as serotonin. Therefore regular exercise promotes increased endorphins release which sharpens focus, improves mood and memory.
